About Me

My work focuses on helping teams find their high performance stride especially when outcomes or solutions are not obvious. Complex problems and challenges call for the creative intervention of a team. My expertise is working with teams to collectively tap into the skills needed to collaborate so that they can creatively solve complex challenges. I have a MA in OD (organizational development) with an emphasis in team effectiveness, collaboration and innovation from Seattle University.

I am drawn to further study the creative process so that it can be rapidly accepted and implemented by those who are new or have less exposure to it. The content of my blog is intended to inform a synthesize of principles that I can translate into skills and behaviors to support the expression of creativity.
